Parc Meridian at Eisenhower Station

Washington, DC

The structure includes twenty-four stories above grade and two below grade parking levels.  The structure consists primarily of post-tensioned and reinforced cast-in-place concrete over a standard mat foundation.  Other portions of the project include the construction of a retaining wall supported by auger cast piles as well as a timber pile supported walkway located adjacent to the proposed storm water management pond.
