Construction of four new additions within areas A, G & J and the associated site preparation, utility excavation and installation. Also related to the site work as part of the project, there is a new softball press box, ticket booth and restroom building as well as renovations to the existing dugouts, stadium press box, concession/restroom building and baseball stadium press box. Other site related items include new asphalt pavement areas and installation of new utilities with minor grading.
