In 2004, Specialized Engineering implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and, as a result, our employees adopt the mindset and knowledge of a company owner. Web-Based Reporting System

Specialized Engineering uses a web-based reporting software program. Our system provides the ability for our clients to view reports via a customized website which is set up exclusively by our company on a per-project basis. With 24-hour access, clients are able to view their testing and inspection reports as a PDF document, along with the ability to print, scan, and email reports directly from the website.
