Position: Structural Steel Inspector/Non Destructive Testing Technician Description: Exciting opportunity to join Specialized Engineering’s rapidly growing team of engineering professionals as a Structural Steel Inspector/Non-Destructive Testing Technician. Candidates with CWI and/or WACEL certifications will have the opportunity to work on a full spectrum of project sites throughout the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area and will gain experience and skills on a wide range of NDT and Structural Steel inspection jobs. Work is within the commutable area and is based out of our Frederick, MD, headquarters. ● Outstanding oral and written communication skills. ● Strong client commitment and focus a must. ● Physical demands to include lifting up to a 30 pound load. ● Must pass drug screen, background check, possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record in accordance with our driving (MVR) policy.
